Beautiful 2 BR wGas Golf Cart in Duval. All 10 star reviews!

Your get-away to The Villages will be everything you dreamed of when you stay at this beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

The private, screened-in lanai with a gas grill just outside is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

The living room has a 55" flatscreen, Smart TV with a Premium Cable Package and high speed, wireless, internet for your enjoyment. 2 comfortable couches and an electric reclining loveseat make up the seating.

The dining room is an ideal place to enjoy a nice meal or play a game of cards. The table seats 6 and has 2 leaves for extra seating, if needed.

The master bedroom has a king-size, platform bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with a pillow top and 600 thread count sheets. The comforter is a down alternative comforter with a duvet. You will surely get a great nights' sleep. The master also has a very large walk-in closet and a 48" flatscreen Smart TV. An en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower with 2 seats makes up this truly comfortable retreat.

The second bedroom is a queen-size bed with a new Serta mattress and fine linens as well. A separate bathroom just outside the door has a full bathtub and shower. The 30" flatscreen TV and huge double closet make up this beautiful room.

The kitchen has all of the amenities you will need in order to prepare meals. A pantry, dishwasher, waste disposal, ice-maker, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender are there for your use.
There are adjustable ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai.

A hairdryer. iron and ironing board are also in the home.

A washer and dryer in the garage along with a gas-powered Yamaha Golf cart are included for your use.
Golf cart provided with 24/7 roadside assistance.
Also in the garage are folding table and chairs for family holiday gatherings or other times more seating is needed.


When you are here, you can take advantage of all amenities of The Villages for a small fee. Tennis courts, golf courses, clubs and beautiful swimming pools are all close by. The 3 town squares have live entertainment 365 days a year from 5-9 pm. There are so many activities, all cannot be listed.

Option to purchase a temporary resident ID. $50 per couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest. These include NO greens fees on any of The Villages 37 executive courses and a special discount on any of the championship golf courses. Your visiting guests can receive free "guest passes" to enjoy any of the activities.

Don and Lynn are the best hosts and were quick responses to any of our questions during our stay. The home was just as advertised and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Clean and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this house was. Everything was perfect, including the communication with the owners. Beds are comfy, bedding is good quality, couches are super comfortable. We will be renting again for our next trip to The Villages no doubt. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. We were in for my granddaughter’s dance recital and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Your home was a wonderful, comfort, and very welcoming!! Victory at the Villages

My wife and I were completely blown away by our experience in this beautifully appointed Villa. My wife is an interior designer and on the “bougie” side and just loved the furnishings, decor, cleanliness, and functionality of the property. The location was perfect for exploring all the Villages has to see including the Town Centers, Golf, restaurants, and shopping. All via super-cool Golf Cart. We just loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back. In fact, our retirement search is over-we fell in love with the Villages. On to house-hunting! Lastly, Don is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything and then some. Five Stars all day long.

Perfect

After having the same rental for 5 years we needed to rent another place due to former owners selling the house. A bit nervous but we were VERY HAPPY with new rental. This house had everything we needed for cooking 
 for comfort

. Close too many courses and pools. Communication with owner was excellent and house was super clean. So glad we found this and will be returning soon!

A great place to call home for a short time


The house is comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated to reflect its Florida location, and it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to Buena Vista Blvd and to the rest of The Villages. Don and Lynn were welcoming and good communicators. I highly recommend this home to future visitors!
