Very Comfortable Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were there working in the area and enjoyed the convenience of nice nearby restaurants and all of the amenities of The Villages. Would recommend to friends.

You won`t find a better, cleaner, proper maintained rental property in the villages. We enjoyed 16 days and a second time after 2019 in a villa of Roger and Cindy, the best hosts, that are really interested in their clients and visited us once, if we have any questions or problems. My sister already has their business card and we will be back as soon as possible. Thank you again for everything. Markus and family

Beautiful house

This house is so great. Photos are very accurate it was almost nicer than them. Unfortunatly we had to cut out stay short due to illness, but when we return to the Villages we will surely rent this house again. Owners great, contact before we arrived great. When we had to leave owner came over, very nice. Reccommend this house to anyone. 5 star house.

First Village Visit

As a recently retired couple, we have started to travel around the country. We decided the villages would be a good destination with a lot of fun activities to enjoy the warmer weather. This villa was perfect - golf cart, laundry, kitchen and a brand new grill. We each had our own bathroom and plenty of room to store our clothes. The location was close to good restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

Phenomenal Experience

We would highly recommend anyone staying at this Villa if they are visiting The Villages. The Villa has very nice amenities that you will appreciate along with the golf cart that is available to you at all times. The owner is very accommodating and is available for answering questions.

Top Notch Home & Neighborhood

The home, location and attention to detail far exceeded expectations. Both Roger and Cindy are wonderful people who went above and beyond to provide a warm experience. The neighborhood and proximity to Lopez Legacy Golf Course made for an ideal home away from home. I highly recommend this property.
