For the most part, the apartment was lovely for our needs for the 5 days we were in Thessaloniki. The property owners are kind, helpful, and very responsive. The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained, and the owners made sure we had access to all the basic amenities we needed, so that was really great! However, some of the information was a little misleading. The listing said it sleeps 6 people. There were 2 double beds and a futon for 1 person. These were fine, but only slept 5. The 6th person (an adult) had to sleep on a narrow couch. :( It was fine, but a little unexpected. The listing also mentioned that there was parking below. This was our first time staying in an apartment for vacation, so maybe we misunderstood, but there was only street parking. Normally this would be fine, but this is in a busy residential area where the streets are already very narrow and too many cars are already squeezed and parked in places they should not be, so that was difficult to navigate all the time. The entrance is tucked away off the main street, so it was very confusing to figure out which building was ours on the first day (even with GPS and asking the locals). Overall, the location was great for all the stops we had to make, and there are markets and great coffee and sweet shops around, making things very convenient. We had a fun time in the city and overall we left satisfied.

Wir waren eine Woche mit 2 Personen im Allatini Sea View. Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und der Komfort waren sehr gut auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Viertel in dem das Apartment gelegen ist. Der Flair, die hochwertigen Boutiquen, die Cafés und Restaurants, toll. Die Lage, etwa 4 km vom Stadtzentrum war wegen des Metro-Anschluss 25. Martiou kein Problem und in 10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Problematisch ist das Erreichen des Apartments mit dem Auto und das Parken dort. Einen großen Parkplatz findet man ca. 300 m entfernt vor der Concert Hall. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht geeignet, größere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Für das Frühstück und Snacks reicht sie aus.
