The room was NOT clean, toilet still had BM marks from the previous guests, bathroom floor & rim of the toilet had hair all over it. Restaurant sucks, I had food poisoning now. I expected better for how highly this place advertises itself. Do better.

Our room was definitely tired. The thermostat on the unit didn’t work properly. Our fridge didn’t work in the room but they did replace it within an hour of us saying anything so that was good.

Stayed at Shooting Star Casino on September 6 and had a great experience. I use a wheelchair and the accessible room worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful — they moved my mom’s room next door to mine and even provided her a wheelchair so she didn’t have to walk far. We also enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. Excellent service and very accommodating! They. Could use more handicap parking.
