Un bel hôtel tout neuf

Belles prestations les chambres sont superbes et très confortables. Le buffet du soir est un peu cher pour le pays mais excellent. A 10 min de l'aéroport. Un hôtel à choisir sans hésitation

Très bon hôtel - Dommage : pas de fenêtre ouvrante, ni de lieu accessible en extérieur

Très bon et bel hôtel. Service impeccable (parfois un peu trop empressé si l'on n'est pas habitué, c'est le propre des hôtels de luxe) et serviabilité du personnel. Petits déjeuners buffet variant chaque jour en partie. Room service proposant des plats délicieux (dîners). A noter, et ceci est valable pour tout le personnel de l'hôtel : amabilité et sourire. Dommage : il n' y a pas de fenêtre ouvrante dans la chambre (jolie et bien aménagée : petit canapé, bureau, bouilloire + café/thé, mini bar...). Pour qui n'est pas adepte de la climatisation, ce qui est notre cas, c'était un peu difficile. Également, pour cause de travaux aux alentours, la piscine extérieure n'était pas accessible, et la terrasse sur le toit est réservée à des évènements privés et/ou payants. De fait, si l'on ne veut pas fumer dans la chambre : obligation de le faire dans la rue... Un point très positif : Internet, avec une très bonne connexion, accessible dans la chambre en wifi et gratuitement. Un journal en anglais chaque jour. Possibilité de faire laver son linge ou pressing, en 24h. Ménage parfait. Coffre fort.

Located in a leafy quiet street, safe affluent area. Pool is open until 21.00, not 22.00 like the website says. But late opening is nice due to heat of the city so allows relaxation. Breakfast buffet manager Prabha Kant ensured I got my eggs royale every morning. Near to markets, shops, facilities and bus stop that takes you direct to main train and bus station in 5 mins. Lots of cheap restaurants near by. Away from all the tourist trap nonsense. Manager Mittu Alex was helpful in all my queries. Only problem is that the hotel requires a re-decoration as the decor looks tired. Otherwise, cannot complain about the price and facilities.
