The Jolly Rancher is a brand-new, modern cottage-style home thoughtfully designed and custom built by us to create the perfect getaway near Hershey. Whether you're planning a fun-filled family vacation or a relaxing retreat, our cozy, amenity packed home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We're just a phone call away throughout your stay, ready to assist you with any questions or concerns. For added convenience, we also provide in-person support and maintenance whenever necessary.

The Jolly Rancher is nestled in a small, quiet neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. You’re within walking distance to a grocery store and shopping center, and just a five-minute drive to all Hershey attractions—including Hersheypark, Chocolate World, downtown Hershey, and more.

If you’ve stayed with us before or seen our other listings, you might recognize the area—The Jolly Rancher is located right next door to our other property, the Cocoa Chateau! Traveling with a larger group? Book both homes for an even sweeter stay with more room for everyone.

Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the entire property during their stay.

There is driveway parking for up to four vehicles maximum. We cannot accommodate any additional vehicles beyond that limit, and there is no street parking. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful neighborhood experience.

The Jolly Rancher is located just 15 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport, so you'll be relaxing in no time. If you're arriving by train, the Middletown Amtrak station is only a 15-minute drive away.

Once you’re here, you're just 5 minutes from all things Hershey—including Hersheypark, Chocolate World, and downtown Hershey. And if you’d rather not drive, Uber and other rideshare options are easily available to help you get around with ease.

A train track is located nearby, and while the train usually does not blow its whistle, you may hear it pass by occasionally. Noise machines are available in every bedroom for added comfort.

🐾 Pet Policy


We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets at our home. Please note:
* $150 fee per pet – this must be paid prior to check-in. Be sure to add pets to your reservation for host approval.
* Guests may be asked to show proof of current vaccinations.
* No pets on furniture, bedding, or blankets.
* Guests must clean up after pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
* Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
* Excessive noise, damage, or nuisance behavior caused by pets may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
