The Cottage is a detached , private building. There is no shared space!! The Cottage On Park Ave. is located 30 feet away from the Executive Suite also on the VRBO web site.
Our guests take such great care of our property we have never had to keep a security deposit nor charge a cleaning fee. We just ask that you leave it like you would your own home.
The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather or foam pillows Also a large TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art library quiet smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. The Cottage has a granite counter top kitchenette. If you did need any additional kitchen utensils or you need anything just ask.
There is a fully tiled bathroom and shower. All linens are high-end and fully supplied. If a guest has a special need, just let us know and we will take care of it.
The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a single bed. We have plenty of linens for the couch. We are always decorating and re-decorating. We use original artwork, so your stay will be like at home.
There is a comfortable chair and table set on the deck in front of the cottage. We very much enjoy our landscaping, and our guests do also. Our guests enjoy our downtown when it comes to shopping and eating.
We are located in a very safe historic neighborhood in Thomasville. We do have exterior security cameras for that extra little bit of additional security.
We can’t have children between 1 and 3 years old. For security reasons. Please read our reviews that will tell you more about our Cottage than we can explain.

Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The cottage is set back from the street with lots of vegetation in front of it. It was very cute inside. Gary responded very quickly to our requests. There is no sofa bed, it is a comfortable sofa but does not pull out into a bed. The shower pressure is not very strong. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage on Park Ave

Amazing cottage nestled in a beautiful garden setting in a historic part of Thomasville. The furniture, bedding and decor were all top-quality. The owners, Gary and Michelle were wonderful host who checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We visit Thomasville frequently to visit our youngest daughter's family and this is one of our favorite places to stay when we need extra space. Highly recommend for a place to stay near downtown Thomasville!

My husband and I were visiting Thomasville for a wedding, and this was the perfect little getaway for us and our mini dachshund. It was so cute and comfortable and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. I love the proximity to the beautiful park! I highly recommend for your next visit to Thomasville.

Cute and cozy in a great location

This was the perfect size for my husband and I. It has a spacious living area and a good kitchen for breakfast/snacks. It was equipped with everything we needed and the host was gracious about having extras of anything we would want. One small but greatly appreciated detail was the amount of counter/shelf space in the bathroom. Plenty of room for our toiletries. It may seem like a small issue but when you've stayed in places without any counter space, you really miss it. The only caution is that the bed is really firm. It was okay for us but if you prefer a softer bed, this might not work for you. Oh and the location is fantastic! In a cute, quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the downtown. Communication with hosts was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute Studio Cottage

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights on our way home from North Carolina. Was a perfect spot to take in all that Thomasville had to offer and will definitely stay again if we get the chance. Situated on a quiet street close to downtown with easy in and out access.
