All good except there were no drinks at breakfast. Drink machine down and not even any water out. Have spent thousands of nights in all brand hotels and was kinda surprised in this. Send someone to the grocery store to buy drinks and out in ice if needed…

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, beds were not comfortable and sheets were dirty. Shower barely worked and the toilet seat has white tape on it from it being broken. The noise from the road and other guests making noise until 2am kept us up all night and the ac was so loud I couldn’t turn it on to use it. I also couldn’t walk my dog with the amount of other dogs poop all over the place outside I had to walk my dog across the street to use the bathroom. I would never recommend this place to anyone probably not even someone that was homeless, I should have slept in my car.

Would have been a great stay but the building lost power and we had to check out early due to that reason. The hallway outside our room smelled like marijuana just about every time we left the room. The person at the front desk dealt with it once but after a couple hours the smell was back.

The rooms seemed clean but the hotel itself was not. The elevators, kick plates on the doors, etc needed a good scrub down. Breakfasts was ok. Room key wouldn’t work so we left half an hour later than we wanted.

Room was fine, except for the very noisy fan. A big negative is the messy trashy vagrant’s encampment which is very visible from our 3rd floor window. Trash everywhere, a tent-like space under a blue tarp very close to hotel, shopping carts scattered around ( even one in hotel parking lot). It’s on the other side of the fence which encircles a pond adjacent to hotel. So not hotel property. But c’mon Country Inn & Suites & city of Valdosta! Can’t it be cleaned up? Can the people living there be sent to shelters? Ugh. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe walking my dog in the space around the hotel. We won’t stay at this hotel again.

A nice place to stay when in the Valdosta area. The room rates were reasonable, the amenities were good, the room was clean, and the staff service was good. I liked their comfy beds, spacious room, and clean bathroom. I also liked their fitness room which was helpful for my needs. There's an indoor pool as well which I wish I had time to use.

There was a spider in the bathtub and a crispy, dirty, used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. The elevator floor was disgusting. BUT, the room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable.
