Check in and out was incredibly effiecient. Plenty of parking and was very quiet. I was worried when I saw how many people were there that it would be loud but we never heard our neighbors or anyone outside. Great price, easy on and off the interstate, fast food, gas, and restaurants nearby.
Staff was a bit curt when asking for an extra washcloth, TV remote didn't work, bed was horribly soft. Breakfast was lacking. The biggest complaint was the noise outside our door. A group of people were having a party and bbq playing music. Felt unsafe. 2 women sat outside our door, smoking and talking so loud we couldn't hear each other talk.
The pictures of the property on this site do not convey the level of disrepair and delayed maintenance and garbage in and around. The room smelled of pot, the sheets on both beds were stained and there was hair on vanity. Overall condition was extremely poor. Outside, there was a lot of activity that, along with the smell of pot, made the whole environment feel unsafe. I turned in my key and left. I couldnât even think of laying down and finding any rest in that environment.
This is not a smoke free environment. Beware of regular residents who live there. They smoke weed and talk late into the early morning outside their rooms. Appears management doesnât support website hotel quality. Such a shame.
Was glad there was a room to have because I was tired from driving all day. When I walked into the lobby to check in there was nobody there & it took the clerk quite awhile to come to the counter. Check in from that point was fine. Our room could use a good spring cleaning. The walls & baseboards in the bathroom & areas around the bathtub/shower need scrubbing.
At bedtime as I pulled the sheet down a tiny spider ran across the bed until it got squished. They need to do better.
