The hotel had to switch our room due to my post-op situation. The hotel was unable to return the room money and Expedia's support email is NOT working. Ill never use Expedia again!!!

I did not care for their insistence on taking a picture of my license. I have been told this is not allowed by state law. Both the clerk and some manager/owner type he called said at one point that it IS state law, but I don't think it is. The guy on the phone even said at one point this sentence, "Even if it isn't state law, it's our business policy." Well, he can't have such a policy if it is against the law! He didn't understand how people feel about this practice. If it is by law, ALL hotels and motels would do it, and I know for a fact they don't. I will never stay at this motel again and I will report them to the Illinois attorney general, to the BBB and plan to negatively review them on every review site possible.

Roach infested
Publié le 16 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThe room was full of cockroaches the first one he used the excuse that the room had been locked up for a long time so he moved us to another building and in that building the drain was falling out the shelves on the walls were falling off the paper was peeling off the walls we still tried to suffer through it cuz he was not going to give us our money back woke up at 5:00 in the morning listening to them bang and carry on next door which is him and his family we had to hunt him down to get towels and he gave us three small towels for three people and did not take the garbage out of our room he pointed at the dumpster across the parking lot and says I was taking across the parking lot throw it away he didn't clean the room the entire time we was there we had a five nights I'm finally the third day I woke up to sing another cockroach on the wall so we packed up our stuff and we were going to leave we asked him if he could at least have a decency to refund us for the last two nights because seriously the rooms falling apart and there's bugs in it he refused he's very rude to women and the place is should be shut down it's disgusting. Because of that nasty place we had to spend the night in a laundromat washing our stuff and cleaning yourself to make sure none of his cockroaches tried coming home with us again avoid this place at all cost is disgusting
