Poor is a little harsh but definitely not average. Not up to Marriott standards of service. Stayed three nights for a wedding, third floor. Was told rooms served every two days, never happened. Asked for fresh towels, was assured they would come, never did. Finally found maid in hall and traded towels. Was told to put garbage bags in hall for pickup (!) On plus side, room was clean, quiet and comfortable on arrival, and shower was blazing hot.

I would like to commend the staff for their commitment to great service. Following our stay, we left something of sentimental value in our room and we were already in commute home so there was no way we could return to retrieve it. After contacting the staff, they quickly assisted us with ensuring we retrieved this item! Can you say amazing? I appreciate the time they took to do this and their commitment to providing great service! Thank you again! Also, the breakfast was a bonus. Overall great service.
