Little Bear Cottage is a brand new 1,300sq. ft. home. It was designed to be a cozy, private, and luxurious mountain getaway. It is located just 3 miles from the SNP entrance and a 5-10 min drive to local shops and restaurants. Whether you are soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the beautiful mountain views from the large deck space overlooking a seasonal creek, this is a getaway you will never forget. Wifi and Netflix provided.​

Little Bear Cottage is a comfy home, built to house a small family, couples, or a small group. Our two-story getaway was constructed in 2019 and features the newest gadgets and kitchen amenities. It is a modern farmhouse styled home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, electric fireplace, laundry room, wrap around deck, and hot tub. The home sits on an elevated lot, allowing you to clearly view the breathtaking mountain scenery all around.
BEDROOMS:
The main floor bedroom contains a king bed with a gel cooling mattress,tv, dresser, and a large sliding door closet.
The master suite comprises the entire upstairs which features a king bed with a gel cooling mattress,walk-in closet, Smart tv, and cozy sitting area.
*Both bedrooms are fitted with comfy bedding, decorative pillows, nightstands, and large windows with blackout shades.
BATHROOMS:
The downstairs bath has a vanity, basin sink, walk-in shower with beautiful stone accents, and a secluded toilet.
The master bath is connected to the master suite with a hand-crafted sliding barn door. The master bath has a free-standing soaking tub that sits adjacent to a large window, as well as a two-sink vanity and walk-in shower.
Little Bear Cottage is perfect for outdoor activities. Enjoy a family barbecue on the large deck with our propane barbecue and shaded picnic table, watch the sun rise or set from the porch rocking chairs with a hot cup of coffee, or count the stars at night during a long soak in the outdoor hot tub.
OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Wifi, Netflix, towels, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, board games, electric fireplace, dishware, coffee, oil, and salt & pepper.

Little Bear Cottage is a quiet, clean, and peaceful home. In order to keep it that way, we prefer the max number of guests be 4. No pets. However, we want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our lovely home and you may contact the host to discuss other options. For each additional guest above the preferred 4, there will be a $25 fee, per night, as well as an extra cleaning fee of $20 for each additional person.

CHECK IN TIME is anytime after 4:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT TIME is at 11:00 A.M.

NOTE:
- Large gatherings or parties are not permitted.
- NO Smoking or drug use.
- All visitors are responsible for their own safety and are advised to act cautiously as the home is located in mountainous terrain and is home to many wild and dangerous animals.
- Absolutely no wood burning allowed to prevent wildfires and only adults 18 and up are permitted to use the propane barbecue and firepit.
- AT&T is the only cell service provider that works at the house.
- We ask that you be respectful of neighbors and the nature in the area by not engaging in destructive or disruptive behavior during your stay.
