Clean quiet room, nice dining room and bar, pool and hot tub looked great didn't get time for it, big hotel and got lots of steps lol as you can only enter by the main entrance for security reasons but we did feel safe because of that. We would stay there again.

The room was fair enough. Even though i was assigned to a non smoking room, the pillows, bed and room smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff were friendly and helpful though, but if i ever decide to come and visit Thunder Bay again, I would definitely choose another hotel to stay in.

It was ok, but not excellent. The elevator was quite dirty as were the hallways. The room was a little better, but just ok. An included breakfast would have been nice. The pool looked great for families but we didn't use it. The restaurant fook was ok and our server was great.

I booked this property without knowing anything about it, and I was extremely pleased with how the staff treated me and we’re friendly. I was just the bed was comfortable. Everything was there that was supposed to be there. I asked for extras. They had no problem it was enjoyable compared to some of the other states I’ve had other properties.

This was my second stop on my way to Alberta from Toronto with my dog. The room was clean and the staff are nice. There’s an elevator and they even have treats for my dog! So sweet!!

On my first stay the room was cold and it took a long while to get the heat going. On my second stay the room was at 15C no heat. They did give me a space heater but they seriously have to fix heating the room not just air condition you out of the room. They know this so get it fixed.
