The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with a bath and shower. The downstairs has a walk in shower, both have power showers. It has a large living area with a new fitted kitchen and all the appliances including washer dishwasher etc. There is a WIFI and smart TV with all English channels, there is a usb point and also a music system for radio and Cd's. There is WIFI in the villa. Outside, there is a heated pool with roman steps to walk in ideal for children or anyone with walking problems tiled patio area sun loungers parasol and table and chairs for sitting and dining. There is a outside solar shower so depending on the weather warm showers can be taken outside. Within 200 metres, there is a supermarket which sells everything you will need on arrival and the strip and main beach is less than 400 meters away. The Old town and harbour is within 600 metres and is a steady walk along a flat road which in Carmen is quite rare.

We had a really nice stay at the villa. It’s in a great location and felt well set up with everything we needed for our time there. The villa itself was generally clean and comfortable, and the pool was well maintained and great to use. We especially liked the sea view from the balcony area, which was a lovely spot to sit and relax.There was a good range of TV channels available, which was useful during quieter evenings. The owners were friendly and easy to contact, and it was reassuring knowing they were on hand if needed. Overall, it was a fairly comfortable and straightforward place to stay and a good base for the area.

Great house with pool near the beach and main strip

The house is lovely and spacious with everything you need. It really is very well equipped, good tv with UK / Irish channels, Bluetooth stereo, loads of kitchen utensils and glasses, dishwasher, bedding, towels, sunbeds. The owner called us before and explained everything we needed to know. The pool is great and has sun all day. Location is good to, few minutes walk to little shop or the Main Street by the beach with restaurants and bars. It’s actually very quiet too with no traffic noise or bars close by. You could easily manage without a car. Taxis are cheap and easy to find. All in all we had a great stay and would happily return.

Villa was lovely centrally located with lots of bars, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Very quiet road. Bedrooms were a bit dated beds were comfortable but pillows need updating as very soft and flat. Door wouldn’t shut on the wardrobe. Bathroom was clean with plenty of space shower powerful just lacked hot water. None in the morning so it was cold showers and evenings was a rush to get a hot shower.Kitchen clean and modern plenty of space enough of everything except tall glasses for soft drinks Lounge big with a big tv just no uk channels but the view from the balcony was beautiful loved nothing more than sitting there anytime of day with a drink and that view. Outside pool was lovely and warm. Also kept clean with the pool guy coming twice a week to maintain it. Place to sit in the shade sunbeds were ok and a massive umbrella you can put up for shade as well.Would I stay again yes I would. I know what to expect and nothing put me off. I’d go again just for the view

Lovely Villa.

We had a girlie getaway for 4 days. The location of the villa was perfect for bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was fabulous. The view from the upstairs terrace was beautiful. The kitchen was well kitted out but would benefit from a few small extras like a chopping board and a few more wine and tumbler glasses. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely villa. Would definitely stay again.

Good location but known issues let it down

The location is good. Central town but up from the Main Street so peaceful. The villa has a good sea view from the balcony The pool although small is heated and private. The first floor is the living area and is nicely set out. The ground floor is where the bedrooms are We had issues with this area and notified the owner direct of these. Unfortunately we did not hear back from them. The issues will have been known to the owner for some time

Great Christmas holiday

Stayed with our son and girlfriend over Christmas and had a great time. The villa has everything you need, great heated pool, cooker hob ,microwave , coffee machine washing machine and dishwasher. 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to anyone.

We loved the location of the property and it had everything we would need, the owner was really lovely and talked me through how to check in over the phone, when we arrived the pool was abit murky so I texted the owner and she had a pool guy come and sort it within the hour so the service was impeccable the only thing that disappointed us abit was that we had to put euros in the air con unit for it to work, normally if aircon is stated on a advertisement it comes with the property free so having to out 3ish euros in each night to stay cool to sleep was Abit annoying as normally when I would stay in a villa we would have the air on on most the night and some of the day, other than that the stay and accommodation was perfect would 100000% recommend xx

Excellent property and location to Puerto del carmen

Really good property, excellent location. Property was very clean. I would highly recommend staying there. Minor downside, leaves from nearby trees blowing into the pool. But propriety was excellent.

Confortable place to relax and spend some days. Well located. The only down wide is that fridge was not working. We thought It was just taking longer to cool but It wasnt. Food turned bad second day. Other than that, i recommend the place.

Great villa, very well equipped, great having our own pool, great location to supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants, no more than 10 minute walk and the weather was superb at 30 degrees plus, hence the pool was a welcome treat 🌞🌞
