The apartment is ideally located in Puerto del Carmen – just 200m from the sea and the lively Avenida – and was completely renovated in June 2025.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a friendly and newly renovated atmosphere.

The bright living room, with its Smart TV (HDMI connection available for your own device), invites you to spend cozy evenings together on the sofa.

It features a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a rain shower and washing machine.

The terrace invites you to relax – or enjoy the large communal pool.

The holiday apartment is located on a quiet residential street in the popular resort town of Puerto del Carmen on the southern coast of Lanzarote. Calle Timón sits on a gentle slope, offering partial views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The area is well maintained and features the typical charm of the Canary Islands, with whitewashed buildings, vibrant bougainvillea, and palm trees.

Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to Avenida de las Playas – the town’s main beach promenade. Here you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, small shops, and supermarkets, perfect for strolling and relaxing. The nearest sandy beaches, usually Playa Grande or Playa de los Pocillos, are also within easy walking distance.
