Perfect location

The location is perfect, so is the view from the balcony. Also the bed is great. However, it is clearly an older appartement and complex. A few things can be done. If you don’t mind to clean yourself and accept an older bathroom, this is the place for you.

Lovely apt with a great sea view and catches the sun on the balcony all day. Doesn't have aircon, but it does have a large portable fan and parasol. Tv has hundreds of channels and dedicated wifi is great. Its a gated community, with large pool area, plenty of sunloungers. Large Spar supermarket right next to the entrance. 2min walk down to the front, where there's loads of bars and shops. Communication with the owner was perfect, Pascal cant do enough to help you out. Bed comfy, and theres a safe for your valuables. Plenty of hangers, hairdryer in bathroom, and loads of shampoos / condiments left by others.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely return.

Vinka met us at the airport and within 15 minutes we were in the apartment - what a great service! The Atalaya complex is lovely, it's in a quiet part of town but very central. It felt very safe for two ladies on their own, the pool was lovely and there were always lots of spare sunbeds. The apartment had little extras like a cool bag, lilos, herbs, spices & olive oil, a safe etc. The nearest supermarket is just outside the gate to the complex and there are plenty of other shops nearby. We recommend the car hire at the complex, we hired a 5 door Renault Clio for 30 euros for a day and toured the north of the island. The famous caves are really good.

Little gem

This was my second time at pascals lovely little apartment and I must say it was an absolute pleasure. I stayed 28 days and enjoyed every minute. Everything required for your stay is supplied, kettle,toaster,microwave,2 ring cooker,lots of pans,cutlery,glasses etc, there’s even a washing machine,and extra towels, bedding etc. On top of all that,there’s a beautiful sea view from the south facing balcony that gets the sun all day! Situated in a quiet area and no hills to climb although there are a few steps up to the complex, I’m 72 and had no problem with them, it’s only a few minutes walk down to the strip with all the bars and restaurants, thank you pascal and vinka for a great stay,I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone,and look forward to booking again. 5 stars from me!

Absolutely Wonderful! : Stayed 06/12/22 - 12/01/23

Stayed Self-Catering to escape UK cold. A superb apartment in a quiet complex, well provisioned and very clean with everything required for self-catering. I personally found the bed/mattress really comfortable. Amazing balcony view and sun all day is wonderful. Wifi and TV... Excellent; over 1200 Video Club movies available. I'm not pool user/lounger but it looked great and saw many using it. Supermarket is right next door and Restaurants/Cafe's, Bars, Shops and plenty of Live Music entertainment is only 5 minutes walk down on seafront strip. Communication and help from Host Pascal and his assistants Rachel and Vinka was fantastic; from booking last February, on arrival and during stay, right through to leaving was terrific. Quite a few steps up to apartment but I'm 70 and managed and wouldn't let it stop me staying again. Although Rachel did help with my heavy case up final flight of steps on arrival. Vinka set up sofa bed for my friends 5 day stay over New Year.... so grateful to both. Best apartment I've stayed in from 3 visits to PDC. Highly recommended. Ican also recommend, Bogart's Bar (friendly chatty place) (100 metres down road). Tequila Bar 400 metres along strip to right and Electric Island Cellar bar (Old Town) both for great live rock bands. I hope to stay again sometime in future.

Appartement dans une résidence trÚs calme à 2-3 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants - bars. L'appartement est tout équipé et trÚs bien agencé. La terrasse est au soleil toute la journée. Supermarché SPAR à 20mÚtres de la résidence ouvert de 8h à 22h, trÚs pratique! Possibilité de se garer à proximité de la résidence. Plus compliqué aprÚs 19h00 mais des places sont disponibles quelques rues plus loin. Une superbe ßle avec un temps magnifique. Je recommande !

APPARTEMENT AGREABLE ET TRES BIEN SITUE

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé et est conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce. L'appartement était trÚs propre et M. Polo et Vinka s'occupent trÚs bien des locataires. Appartement trÚs bien situé, propre et ne manquant de rien sauf...le wifi gratuit qui était stipulé sur l annonce, sans préciser que c était a l accueil uniquement !( Une cinquantaine de marche et 150 m)Donc comptant travailler également cela n a pas été possible. Tv uniquement en espagnol. Depuis Mr polo a modifié l annonce ce qui est plus correct. Merci de cette modif pour les autres locataires. En conclusion si vous ne faites pas partis des gens "connectés" c est un bon choix a tout point de vue, propreté, environnement, équipement, sinon choisissez un autre logement.

tres bel appart idealement place au centre

le proprietaire se charge de tout encore merci pour les infos et l accueil de vinka qui est un guide parfais location tres propre nous la recommandons le grand tour de l ile est a faire nous avont apprecier le restaurant da vinci le capri et le sun flower ainsi que le mini golf nous avons passer de superbes vacances et nous reviendrons probablement merci a vous

Superbes vacances!

Appartement trÚs agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Il est également trÚs bien placé : à quelques minutes de la plage, de la rue principale de Puerto del Carmen (restaurants, bars...) et d'un magasin d'alimentation. C'était parfait ! De plus, un propriétaire réactif et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Merci Monsieur Polo :)

Incroyable !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de rĂȘve sur cette Ăźle paradisiaque aux paysages inhabituels. Nous recommandons particuliĂšrement cet appartement trĂšs propre, tout Ă  fait fonctionnel et Ă  la vue superbe, ainsi que son propriĂ©taire, Mr Polo, qui est des plus attentionnĂ©s. Encore merci, nous espĂ©rons revenir trĂšs vite. Simon et Mathilde

SĂ©jour atypique

Résidence calme et trÚs bien située. Proximité commerces, plages, restaurants. TrÚs appréciable. Appartement trÚs propre, vue sur mer, la terrasse est un plus incontestablement. TrÚs bonne literie, important !!! tout est pense pour vous laisser vivre et passer de bonnes vacances, sans oublier la piscine... N'hésitez pas a louer. De plus, vous contacterez un propriétaire qui, amoureux de son ßle, ne manquera pas de vous informer des bons plans. Respectueux, bienveillant, sympathique M. POLO est une personne qui sans aucun doute aime faire découvrir aux vacanciers une ßle surprenante. J'espÚre y revenir Merci a Vinka et M. Polo

Cosy, well-equipped with fantastic sea views

Pascal was very patient and helpful while I was in the process of booking his apartment, close to the lovely sandy beach of Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen. He took time and trouble to answer all my questions thoroughly. He arranged for us to be met at the airport and taken to our destination and the same lady took us back to the airport at the end of the holiday. The apartment is not huge but spacious enough for my wife and me. It was great to sit or stand on the balcony and gaze at the sea in every direction we looked. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette were more than adequate. We loved Lanzarote - there are so many fascinating places to visit. We hope to return to the island next year. I must mention that there are almost 50 steps to climb to reach Pascal's apartment, so it would not be ideal for everyone.

nous avons apprécié notre séjour, l'appartement est agréable, on ne se lasse pas de la vue de la terrasse. Je le conseille sans hésiter
