This 4 bedroom semi-detached villa offers contemporary, spacious interiors plus a fabulous outside kitchen to really make the most of the outdoors. The picturesque setting of the Old Town and harbour can also be reached within a 25 minute walk. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

With the stunning Playa Grande Beach and Puerto del Carmen's buzzing main promenade just a 10 minute downhill walk away, Villa Ruben has an ideal central location. Drink and dine along the 'strip', or enjoy a gentler pace browsing a local market or enjoying catch of the day at the Old Town harbour, 25 minutes' walk away. You'll also be well positioned to take a trip to the awe-inspiring landscape of Timanfaya National Park.
