The biggest roach ever in life was in the bathroom. The pillows smell like pee and bacteria. The floors gritty and sticky. The room smell like mildew. The hallways also smell like mildew on the third floor

I booked online as I was traveling through the state and the reviews were great, the pictures and reviews made it look/sound newly renovated. The room I stayed in was not newly renovated. The trash hadn’t been taken out, and the comforter smelled really bad. There were also a lot of homeless people outside of the building and a couple inside. The service was good, everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. I felt very misled by the reviews and pictures on the website though.

The hotel was great & we would have left 5 stars if it weren't for an incident. They checked us into the wrong room & then gave other people access to that same room at 9 pm and they walked in on us & our child sleeping. We couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards as we thought someone was legitimately breaking in & there’s just nothing that can excuse that sort of mistake as it could have been horribly dangerous.
