This stunning oceanfront condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its private balcony, jetted tub, and breathtaking views, you`ll feel like you`re in paradise. The condo is also fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and free WiFi.

This 2,000 square foot condo offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The living area opens to a large balcony for whale and dolphin watching, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds as well. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. 8 guests is the maximum! Please, no exceptions!

• Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
• The maximum number of guests allowed at this property is 8.
• Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. This includes no loud music, talking, or other activities that could disturb others.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a designated smoking area outside.
• No pets are allowed at this property. If you have a pet, please make arrangements to board them during your stay.
• Please clean up after yourself and wash the dishes before you leave. This includes taking out the trash and recycling.
• Please report any damages to the property to the host immediately. This will help us to keep our property in good condition for future guests.
• Noise in hallways and elevators is prohibited. This includes loud talking, music, or other activities that could disturb other guests.
• Excessive noise or being disruptive to residents or guests is prohibited. This includes fighting, yelling, or other behavior that could make others feel uncomfortable.
• Forbidden to hang items on the balcony railings (Towels, clothes, etc.) This could damage the railings or fall onto people below.
• No BBQ grills are permitted. This is a fire hazard.
• Smoking is not allowed in hallways or elevators. This is a fire hazard and could disturb other guests.
• No narcotics, paraphernalia or illegal substances are allowed in the building. This includes marijuana.
• Trash needs to be disposed in trash cans in parking garage. This helps to keep our property clean and free of pests.
• Only one assigned parking spot. Any additional cars can be parked on the street outside the security entrance.
• It is forbidden to detonate fireworks on or around the development. This is a fire hazard and could disturb other guests.
• Inappropriate behavior is prohibited and can result in immediate termination of reservation (nudity, obscene language, abusive treatment, fights and threats to others). This includes any behavior that could make others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 10am-10pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Proper swim wear is required. This includes swimsuits, swim trunks, or board shorts.
• No glass objects are permitted around pool area, hallways and elevators. Objects could break and cause injury.
• No music is permitted while using amenities. This could disturb other guests.
• All individuals who leave pool or jacuzzi to enter building must refrain from bringing water into building. This could damage the floors and carpets and is unsafe for all guests.
• Late check out fee can be applied in case of checkout after 11am until 2pm, if available. Fee: $100. No late check out can be accommodated after 2pm.
• Extra guest fee, if not reported or introduced without advising the owner there will be a $40 fee per person per night.
• Upon check out inspections, if any linen, comforters, towels, appliances or furniture is damaged or stained there will be a charge for damages.
• In case of any damages the responsible party will be liable to pay for any losses or costs of repair. This includes any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• In case of infraction stated here there will be a $50 penalty
• In case of intervention by the police there will be a $100 penalty.
• Smoking within the condo or on the balcony may result in s $500 penalty.
