You can access the first level of the vacation rental through a private entrance. Here you’ll find the first bedroom (of two) with a large 160 x 200 cm double bed, a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower, a small storage room, and the charming centerpiece: an open-concept living area combining the kitchen, dining, and relaxation zones. From here, you can also step out onto the sunny balcony: your cozy spot for a delicious cappuccino, your favorite book, or winding down after an eventful day of vacation with a glass of wine—or so much more... A super-large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system round out the comfortable amenities.

A white wooden staircase leads from the hallway up to the second bedroom. The cozy nook in the attic is a separate area enclosed by a door, featuring another 160 x 200 cm double bed, a second flat-screen TV, a lounge area for chilling out and relaxing, and a small balcony.

The vacation rental features high-quality vinyl flooring in a light sand tone, and the beautiful white country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a stylish overhead range hood, a raised oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee pod machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of dishes and glasses.

A quiet and well-maintained apartment building: At Domizil Gartenstraße, you’ll stay in stylishly furnished 2–3-room apartments ranging from 45 to 65 m² for up to 4 people. All apartments feature either a terrace or a balcony, where you can start your day in a relaxed manner and wind down peacefully in the evening.

A coin-operated communal washer and dryer are available for your vacation laundry, as is a bicycle storage room. You can park your car in your reserved outdoor parking space.

You can feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet in just a 5–7-minute walk. Despite the quiet location, you’re also right near the town center.
