The vacation rental is located at Wohldkamp 6b, a quiet residential area, about 600 m from the beach. The center of our beautiful town, with its shops and restaurants, is just as close. The building has an underground parking garage. A designated parking space in the underground garage is included with the apartment.

Haus Wohldkamp Apartment 19 in Timmendorfer Strand offers you comfortable accommodations with 55 m² of living space on the first floor.

The apartment features two rooms: a separate bedroom and a spacious living room. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers you a wide range of options for self-catering. It is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. For your convenience, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and numerous other practical items are also available.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a bed measuring 200x200 cm (separate mattresses). The bedroom also has a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

In the living room, you’ll find a TV, a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a CD player, and a radio. Wi-Fi and internet access are, of course, available.

One of the apartment’s special features is its private terrace on the first floor. It is furnished with patio furniture and a sun umbrella and invites you to relax outdoors.

Thanks to the central location of the Wohldkamp building, you’re only about 950 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, and the train station is roughly 1,200 meters away. The downtown area of Timmendorfer Strand is approximately 950 meters away.

An underground parking space (entry height 1.90 m) is reserved for you, and a bicycle storage room is also available.
