Zoi Studio is an elegant 22 m² sea-facing retreat located within a refined coastal complex on the island of Tinos. Designed by a renowned Greek architectural firm, this exclusive studio offers a distinctive blend of minimalist aesthetics and serene seafront living. With breathtaking sea views visible even from the comfort of the queen-size bed, Zoi Studio provides the ideal setting for a romantic or restorative holiday for up to two adults.



The studio features a private veranda with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and direct access to a stunning flat rock shoreline, perfect for sunbathing or swimming in crystal-clear waters. Guests also enjoy seamless access to a striking deep blue communal pool equipped with a built-in jacuzzi. The pool is cleaned daily using a salt electrolysis system, an environmentally friendly method that significantly reduces chemical usage while ensuring excellent water quality.



Inside, the studio includes a kitchenette, a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a TV, and high-speed WiFi. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, laptop-friendly workspace, hangers, and all essential comforts. The unit also has a private entrance and offers free on-site parking.



Zoi Studio forms part of a stylish adult-only complex, comprised of two houses and six suites, all nestled along a pristine sea-facing property.
