We asked for the trash to be removed twice. It was not done. So we placed the trash outside our room. The trash stayed there and was still there as we checked out. The TV sound and picture were not synced correctly. We asked the desk to repair this. They said they would. Nobody showed up. The bathroom floor was sticky. As if the last time it was mopped, it was rinsed with dirty water. The coffee station had limited options. Many hotels in the area have a continental breakfast. When we went to the desk to ask for assistance the woman there ignored us, and appeared to be completing a paper form. We stood there for a while as she ignored us. My wife left. I stayed. Still no attention. Finally she left, and another worker answered our question.

Late night staff could be a little friendlier. Did not provide any information about property and amenities. When asked got short one worded answer and seen annoyed by question. No bedding provided in room for sofa bed and the mattress was old with no cushioning. Overall property was clean. Morning staff was much friendlier.

Friendly staff. What I did not like was that we arrived on Thursday left on Monday and room was never cleaned. I had to go ask dor clean towels and toilet paper.
