Clean & Spacious

The house was clean & well equipped. It can accommodate 10 guests easily. The location was perfect. Host replied to all our questions promptly. We would visit it again in future.

HUGE property

I saw the description of 4200 sq ft. and saw the pictures, but you have no idea how large this property is until you walk in. Arthur has a very well equipped home and everything is literally brand new. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach and the kids and grandkids had a blast. The backyard was also large and the deck was well equipped for 8 people. I told Arthur "Don't be surprised when I contact you again for next year"

Spacious cottage with a soft sandy beach.

Our family had a wonderful time. We love how spacious and modern the cottage was. We spent most of our time gathering around the giant kitchen island, the backyard deck and fire pit. The kids had lots of space to enjoy and run around both inside and out. There were great size bedrooms. The beds were fresh, clean and comfortable. Our host, Arthur was extremely accommodating and responsive. Thank you! The semi-private beach, although smaller was nice for our little ones. There were lots of rocks so water shoes would definitely help. The beach was a short 10 mins. walk from the cottage or a quick drive. Keep in mind there’s not a lot of parking so walking might be the better option. The beach was so peaceful. We even caught the sunset one evening. The water was calm and the sand was so soft and clean. There were no crowds and the people there were extremely considerate and friendly. One thing I would recommend is to bring sunshade. It was a really hot weekend and by mid afternoon the sand was scorching hot. Shade was very much needed. Overall we had a great family vacation.

Beautiful!

We had a lovely experience here. The home is so beautiful and spacious, and had everything we needed. Host provided parking passes to park for free close to the beach (2 minute drive from home). Beach is lovely, mostly sand but a bit rocky- water shoes recommended. We loved this property and will definitely consider returning next summer.

Amazing Week

Arthur is a wonderful host. He is attentive and communicative. His house is fabulous with so much space. The kids loved the ping pong table and we had nightly viewing parties with the huge TV. Arthur has stocked the house fully. We had a great stay and look forward to returning next year!

Great weekend stay in Tiny Township

Overall we had a fabulous, low maintenance, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful stay at this property. There was lots of space for our group, property manager was very accommodating, friendly, professional, and available to answer any questions we had. Pristine property that was just lovely in every way and had all the amenities we needed. Great area to enjoy a stroll around the neighbourhood. Had everything we needed for our getaway. Thank you Arthur for your incredible flexibility and for contributing to our beautiful weekend. We had an amazing time.
