The stay that I had at this property was certainly a mixed one. The room itself was decently comfortable and was a fantastic value. It was kept clean while I was there and kept me warm when it was quite cold. The location was also great as it is closeby to the interstate. However, that's where the good news stops because there are certainly some things that need IMMEDIATE attention, unfortunately. There were numerous times where NO STAFF could be found anywhere on the premises. This was definitely observable in the afternoons and evenings. I wanted to get something from the market area, and nobody was there. Additionally, they had tractor-trailers parked on the premises, and no accountability was present for them either. Even one of the drivers came in and grabbed a bunch of yogurts from the breakfast bar area. while there. Additionally, the staff (outside of the morning shift) barely or didn't speak English, and hence, it was a bear to communicate with them. For the value, it was a good buy, and I certainly hope they improve the next time I visit.

Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean; could use a little more water pressure. Thank you for putting the handicap bar at the back of the tub! Both beds were broken down which made it uncomfortable. Couldn’t get the room cool enough; it was always too hot even though the AC had been set at 65, then 64 and finally at 63. The temperature always stayed around 68.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean down to the coffee maker and the top of the TV. Liked the couch with added couch table. Made it easy to work on my laptop without being stuck at a desk, though the desk and chair were fine.
