The replenishment of food on the breakfast bar. I literally had to ask for each item on the hot bar to be refilled. Also there was no syrup in the bottle for the waffles. She needs a dedicated paid person to run the breakfast bar, not the check in counter person. Too much going on upfront.

The hotel was very clean, we always slept in so we never enjoyef the breakfast. We were always greeted very friendly by the staff and they were happy to get us fresh towels etc. Every time we'd walk in from outside the lobby smelled fresh and looked very clean. We will stay here again.

The stay that I had at this property was certainly a mixed one. The room itself was decently comfortable and was a fantastic value. It was kept clean while I was there and kept me warm when it was quite cold. The location was also great as it is closeby to the interstate. However, that's where the good news stops because there are certainly some things that need IMMEDIATE attention, unfortunately. There were numerous times where NO STAFF could be found anywhere on the premises. This was definitely observable in the afternoons and evenings. I wanted to get something from the market area, and nobody was there. Additionally, they had tractor-trailers parked on the premises, and no accountability was present for them either. Even one of the drivers came in and grabbed a bunch of yogurts from the breakfast bar area. while there. Additionally, the staff (outside of the morning shift) barely or didn't speak English, and hence, it was a bear to communicate with them. For the value, it was a good buy, and I certainly hope they improve the next time I visit.
