Firstly and probably most importantly, the service was helpful and friendly. We had some additional requests (bags and bike storage to name 2) and nothing was a problem. Rooms clean, albeit dated, everything worked well. Food was ok. Atmosphere in bar / restaurant was a little quiet and bright for me, but again, service was spot on.

The staff was helpful, the room large and fairly clean. Housekeeping was provided on a daily basis. The downside, there is no elevator, so if you are on the 1st floor and have knee issues, there is an issue. Toiletries are sparse and the room does not come with a microwave or mini fridge.

I booked this hotel for a work colleague, and upon checking into her room, she discovered that the bed had not been properly changed and the toilet was left dirty, covered in pubic hair and urine from the previous guest

Everything was good except breakfast on 25th Aug, they run out on 90% option for vegetarian due to non delivery of they stock however they charge me for full amount for breakfast which I think is not fair apart from this everything was smooth.
