チェックイン時スタッフの方は、ホテルの利用についてとても丁寧な説明でした。食事の時に対応してくれたスタッフの方たちもおもてなしの心が伝わる対応で、雰囲気もよく落ち着いて食事ができよかったです。客室はオーシャンビューで本当に素敵でした。室内も清潔で全てにおいて満足度が高く、大変心地よくゆっくり過ごせました。 ​ありがとうございました。

部屋付き露天風呂が最高でした。 一方、生後半年の子供がいたため、部屋内の浴槽を使用したとき、シャワーの持ち手が非常に汚かったこと、クローゼットの上の棚に服を置いていたら大量の埃がついたことは残念でした。 しかし、それが気にならない位の接客の丁寧さ、子供に対するスタッフの対応、部屋の環境が良かったので、また、利用したいと思ってます。 良い家族の思い出ができました。ありがとうございます！

部屋は広々、オーシャンビュー、露天風呂付き、清掃もいきとどいていました。 夕食、朝食ともに、ボリューム満点でどれも美味し頂きました。スタッフの対応もよく、一泊でしたが、とても快適にすごせました。 少し残念だったのは、洗面所の床がベコベコしているのが気になりました。

露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くて綺麗で大満足です。ただ、料理のレベルは高くないと感じました。夜の会席と朝食と2食頂きましたが、どちらもイマイチでした。 そして1番良いお部屋に泊まったのですが、食事会場で下座に誘導されたのは疑問でした。それなりのサービスを受けたかったと言うのが正直なところです。
