âThe Community and its Amenities: âThe community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, mini golf and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing and ice skating (no motor boats). âThe Pools are open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The house is located within a 5-minute drive to the new K Pool built in 2022. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basket courts and a playground.
âAmenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased during your stay for $12/person per day, kids 3 and under are free.
âWe make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, bans etc.
âCommunity Requirement: Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:
âAll guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver's license in order to access the community upon arrival.
âA rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).
âUpon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the registration and rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.
*Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined by the HOA and/or Town if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.
âThe community registration fee of $50 has been included in the price. *There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 3 days prior to arrival.
âCommunity quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
âOther things to note: âYou must be at least 25 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.
âWe do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.
âParents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.
âIf you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.
