Welcome to The Bear Den; a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin with rustic charm and modern comforts. Originally built in 1975, it still has creaky floors and character to match!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, heated bathroom floors, electric fireplace, pool table, and games. Outside, relax in the cedar hot tub, grill on the BBQ, or unwind by the fire pit.
Just 200 yards from Pocono Farms Golf Course (which is open to the public) and surrounded by peaceful forest views, the Bear Den is perfect for mornings on the patio or nights under the stars.
🚗 Parking & Guest Requirements
A maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted in the driveway.
Parking on the grass or on the paver blocks beside the driveway is strictly prohibited.
Street parking is not allowed and is enforced by the HOA and neighbors—violators may be towed and fined.
👤 Primary Renter
The responsible guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.

If you need early arrival or a late departure, we recommend booking an extra night to guarantee availability.

Things to Know Before You Book
🏞️ Wildlife Warning
We’re in a beautiful, natural setting. You may spot deer, birds, or even the occasional bear. For your safety, please don’t leave food, garbage, or pet food outside.
📝 Community Registration Required
Our home is in a private, amenity-filled community that requires guest registration. We’ll take care of it for you, but last-minute bookings may experience delays in amenity access due to office hours. Please provide your registration info at least 3 days before check-in to avoid late fees or access issues.
🐾 Pet-Friendly
We welcome up to 2 common household pets with the paid pet fee—just let us know in advance.
🚫 House Rules
To keep the vibe peaceful for everyone, we do not allow:
Loud parties or disruptive events
Unregistered guests or pets
Excessive trash

Occupants - Tenant agrees not to register each guest and pets occupying the property within 72 hours of arrival, late registration fee will apply for late information/form completion. Tenant understands that exceeding the maximum occupancy or not registering guests an result in eviction or fines. Tenant agrees to register (no more than 2) and pay for pets. Tenant agrees that no parties are allowed. Tenant acknowledges that primary renter is at least 25 years old and will be occupying the property for the duration of the stay.
Check-In/Check-Out Times - Tenant agrees that they will not occupy the home before 4PM on the check in date and that they will completely vacate home by 11AM on the check-out date. These times maybe modified only with express written permission from owners. Tenant agrees to pay a fee of $50 per half hour for staying outside of agreed times.
Community – Tenant agrees to all community rules and regulations including providing registration information in a timely manner. Tenant acknowledges that Galvanized Property management is not responsible for condition or availability of community amenities. Tenant agrees that any fines incurred from community will be paid for within 3 days or arbitration will ensue.
Smoking- There is no smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in extra cleaning fees starting at $50. Tenants may smoke outside, but not within 10 feet of doors or windows. All evidence of smoking is to be cleaned up (butts, ashes, etc).
Garbage- It is Tenant’s sole responsibility to remove all trash and food products from home and property at time of check-out. Tenant agrees to not leave garbage anywhere except inside of the locked shed. Any trash left inside the property will result in an additional fee of $20 per bag.
Damages- Tenant agrees to pay for full replacement and repair of all damages incurred at the property, to the home and to the contents of the home during their rental period. Owners will notify tenant of any deductions from the damage deposit within 14 days of vacating property. Tenant agrees to promptly pay Owner upon written demand.
Assumption of Risk: Tenant agrees to not hold owners or Galvanized Property Management and it’s employees liable for any injuries nor loss during their stay.
