I booked an early morning wake up call at the front desk. They confirmed for 5.45am the following morning. The problem was the call never came! At the front desk the young man confirmed my request had been booked and was still on their docket. He could see that it had never been made and had no explanation whatsoever as to why the call wasn’t done. No apology was received and by my standards, is totally unacceptable!
