There was no elevator and we were in a room for from our group. Shuttle to the airport was great the grounds were beautiful. I would stay here again for a longer period.

Its very close to the airport but you have to pay attention or you can miss the exit to the hotel. The check in was fast and the room very clesn We used the hotel shuttle to the airport tgat runs every hour.

Check-in was less than satisfactory. I was told I didn’t have a 2 night reservation, and the hotel was full. After asking another service representative she then said I only had 1 night. Finally found my paperwork right behind her on the counter. Sent me to a room not ready. Later in the lobby, I was flagged down and given another room.

As always, the restaurant and bar staff act like it’s a major inconvenience to serve guests. This time, our showers were cold at 5:30 PM. We only stay here for the proximity to Tocumen, but we’ll stay somewhere else next time.

This is an airport property, it’s not an entertainment district. It’s close to PTY, has good food, nice rooms and a beautiful central pool and relaxing area. I’ve probably stayed here on 10 different trips. It’s always a great place to stay deforest a flight out of Panama.

Strongly recommended. I am a often traveler and Riande has been the best one night stay option for me. The shuttle is a plus, the staff is amazing, food is great, the beds and pillows are extremely confortable, the breakfast buffet is included in the price. There is nothing negative about this hotel.
