The modern architecture includes a polished concrete interior with an outdoor terrace to enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean and to watch the whales jumping! This 500 sq. foot studio, includes a kitchen area with full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen amenities. It includes a king-sized bed, bathroom with shower, covered parking, heating. air conditioning, wireless star link WIFI for full internet, and TV with multiple stations (Netflix, Roku, Apple TV and more.) Other amenities include a pebble tec, lagoon-style swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.
