THIS HOUSE is located in a quiet forested location which is in a private low density community located 900 meters from South Chestermans Beach, and is very close to Rosy Bay, and Cox Bay. It's only a 9 minute drive to famous Long Beach. Tofino's town centre is 7 km from this property and there is a small(tiny) shopping centre 3 km away where you can get fast food(Wild Side Grill), surf rental and gear and a variety of other items.

The house sits on a 3/4 acre forested lot and has three bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms and a open concept kitchen where cooking turkey diners is easy due to its size and completeness. Of course there is a dishwasher.

As required by municipal law there is a caretakers suite which is entirely separate from the main suite. The house is wood frame construction so there is some noise transfer particularly in the upstairs portion of the rental side. The caretaker(the owner operator) is a quiet and friendly person who is usually not to far to help out with any question that may arise about the area or property. The hot tub is all yours(not shared) when you stay here.

*****BE ADVISED*****
1. This is family style accommodation. If your group is planning or has the potential to do a lot of drinking and/or keep late hours while here we strongly advise not booking this property. We do not rent to groups under the age of 30.

2. Tofino municipal laws limit the number of guests in any holiday rental to 6 persons. For this reason we do not except requests for more than 6 people.

3. When accepting bookings for summer and some shoulder season dates we are looking to book our property effectively as to not leave singe days empty. Please consider this when choosing your dates however please do not hesitate to enquire regardless.

4. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum in most cases.

5. FIREWORKS are NOT permitted in the area except Halloween and New Years Eve. Fire works are not permitted on this property at any time.
