The Space
Designed with contemporary coastal living in mind, this home is filled with natural light and clean lines. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up the kitchen and living area to a covered outdoor space, creating a true indoor-outdoor experience that can be enjoyed year-round—even on stormy West Coast days.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of prep space, modern appliances, and a quartz island where friends and family can gather while meals are being made.
The layout is ideal for two couples or small groups, with one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor (featuring a walk-in rain shower), and a second bedroom and bathroom upstairs, complete with a luxurious soaker tub.
Cozy up by the propane fireplace inside or gather around the fire table outside. Radiant in-floor heating adds extra comfort throughout the home.

* Guest Limit: This house has a strict 4 guest max.
*Age min: must be 25 years or older to book
*During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
*3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
*Please note: This property does not allow pets. Very strict. If you show up with a pet we have the right to request that you check out.
*Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. No changes can be made within the 30 days.
