I just like the location of this property because it is close to subway station and walkable to JR train station.
The staff are generally poor in attitude and not quite helpful. The policy of not allowing to store customers' luggage overnight despite having a forward reservation the day after IS REDICULOUS.

A good hotel, but the room was small even though I was expecting this, and the view was of a wall. Otherwise great! Location perfect for checking out Shinjuku and the huge park next to it.

Pros: Great location, staffs are super friendly, checkin checkout process was automated which is nice. Location is really good, so close to one of the subway station and walkable to the Shinjuku center. Cons: public bath is usually full of people. Room is a bit small, difficult to open 2 luggage at the same time, had to open one and close and open the other one.
