Clean rooms and great amenities. Located walking distance to Kabukicho, but far enough that you dint hear all the foot traffic. Would definitely stat again.

Breakfast is not included and is actually pretty pricey, especially compared to other local options. The hotel is clean and organized, and despite their warnings otherwise clean towels are delivered daily (& actually start to pile up). The main tower of the 323 building, lower floors, is quite loud, from street noise and other. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff was good and room was okay. But the main issue and negative came to a head on my final night when I was pickpocketed by one of the many many many aggressive Wh*res that are constantly roving mere feet from the hotel entrance to the adjoining tower i was put in a room in. They really need to hire security or call the police. I had heard before visiting that was one specific area where the street wh*res would be located so i thought it would be easy to avoid. But the reality is that all streets around it are filled with aggressive wh*res that will follow you and grab at your arms and they will not leave you alone even if you make it clear you are not interested. Now if it was just that I could maybe overlook it. But my final night an especially aggressive one physically latched onto my arm i now realize to steal money from my bag. I will never ever stay at this property or any property in that area. Hotel room was claustrophobically small. Also they dont tell you ahead of time that they might place you in the tower next door facing the wh*re filled street any time you need to leave the hotel you are forces to walk through the disturbing amount of wh*res in the area. Do not stay here unless you want your stuff stolen or to have to walk through several hundred aggressive wh*res. All the thumbs down. also while there is front staff in the hotel i though i was booking the one they put me in without warning has a front desk area but was fully closed no staff
