The room was clean and a bit larger than Japanese standarts, it lucked a luggage rack so called the staff but there were not much help and the shower was acquaward to use. First time in Japan and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were sweet and respectful and helped me with the few questions I had. Cleaning was very nice and they always made sure I had fresh towels and toiletries. The downside is you can hear the people in the lobby too clearly. At one point a group of 4 (2m/2f) decided to camp outside the door and discuss their itinerary. They were fully leaning and surrounding against my door and when I told them my son was sleeping inside they were rude and said “yeah we’re almost done”. I didn’t report it to the front desk because I was just so happy to be in Japan but unfortunately their loud voices carried.

Overall I enjoyed our stay in this APA hotel. This hotel did not have an onsen which was disappointing. I did like having the Shin Okachimachi station very close which made it more accessible to get into the train system.

My second time to stay in APA hotel, the first one was in different location. I highly recommend the hotel, the only complain I have is the elevator, only one elevator in this location, and you really have to wait because the elevator will go up all the way before going down again, the only problem is that when its full, you have to wait again, Other than elevator, all is well and will stay again but will try different location.
