Tantalizing time

The location is covenient. Walking distance to the nearest station. Many restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Noon checkout is a wonderful thing. Staff and cleaning crew are super friendly. We keep going back there whenever we’re in Tokyo.

Great stay

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Room is on the small side but it was enough for my wife and myself. Most of the staff speaks English and they are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a continental type. Juice, coffee machine, eggs, breads, baked goods and salad. very close to Gotanda station (5 min. walk) and to two super markets. Very quiet.

Nice hotel close to Gotanda

This hotel with attached restaurants and bakery is about a 7 minute walk from the Gotanda station. We stayed on the 5th floor on the street side. There was a little noise from the road, but nothing too loud. The room was exactly as pictured and advertised. There was a full-sized bathtub in our bathroom.

Staffs are all very friendly. Bathroom is huge in Japanese standard. Housekeeping service is also good. Breakfast is acceptable. Room is a bit small, but like anyone else in this range. If the price is about the same as the one next door, will definately choose this one next time.

we stayed as a group of 3 for 3 nights at Arietta. It is a convenient 5-7 min walk from Gotanda station, which is on the Yamanote line, only 2 stops from Shinagawa which is a major transport hub. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7/11 near by. Our room feels a little small for 3, but it is very clean, and supplies were well stocked. Staff was helpful and polite. There is continental breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy but has good coffee and croissants. Excellent price for a convenient location in Tokyo.

The staff were really helpful and recommended a great restaurant. The fresh bread for breakfast was delicious. A very convenient place that I would recommend for people who want to stay in the Gotanda/Shinagawa area.

Nice little hotel in good neighbourhood.

Room was extremely small for two people, including the size of the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was very good. Close to shops, restaurants and Gotanda Station. Stayed at the hotel in a twin room two day's prior. There was so much more room, but the cost was a lot more as well.

Hotel with 24 hrs supermarket opposite :)

Hotel was around 10 - 15 mins from to JR Station. Room is clean with friendly staff. Able to squeeze in 2 adult + 1 toddler (14 mths) There's a 24 hrs supermarket across the road and a 7-11 nearby, very convenience.

Nice hotel close to Gotanda station. A lot of eateries and convenience stores in close proximity. The hotel has a friendly staff and the room was clean and sufficient for two people. Breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise!

Great location, only several minutes from Gotanda Station which is passed by Yamanote line. Lots of eating spots, haven't tried the Trattoria on the base of the hotel itself though. Room is a little bit old and small, but clean and comfy. Breakfast was mainly consists of bread, a bit of info for fellow Indonesians who prefer rice for breakfast. Staff was helpful (one of them could speak basic english when we stayed) and the hotel have a bag keep service if you come before check in time. Would consider staying there again.

Nice Hotel Close to Gotanda Station

Stayed four nights in a double room. The room was very small (most hotel rooms in Japan are very small). The hotel offers a free breakfast, mostly breads and jams and a salad bowl. There is not much variety with breakfast. I speak just enough Japanese to get by, so I cannot comment on the staff`s English ability (the staff spoke Japanese to me). There is a supermarket and convenience stores nearby if you want to buy food items and drinks. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep in Tokyo and do not need any fancy place, this hotel will work.

This is a really cool hotel, stylistically and architecturally....but the bed wasn't very comfortable.... The neighborhood is pretty sweet with a bunch of nice looking restaurants, but basically a place for the locals and Salary-men, being so handy to Shinagawa... There is a very nice little grocery store across the street and a deli-style bentou store very close by.....I didn't have the chance to eat at the trattoria, so I can't comment on that..

Had three stays at Arrietta the first was in a double room that was really tight and uncomfortable,an upgrade to a twin room was requested for our next two visits, what a difference for an extra ten dollars, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast basic but adequate, station (Gotander) 5 minutes away, supermarket 1 minute and numerous eating opportunities close by including the adjoining trattoria and pizza establishments.

Comfy clean and relaxing

I had a wonderful time with my my husband we enjoyed the space and the staff were veryr helpful and nice definitely will go back again also super close to food and transportation really had an awesome time.
