The Hotel's location is within walking distance to Shibuya crossing with restaurants and shopping and restaurants and train stations, etc. I love it. I would like to see more breakfast selections such as ramen and udons.

Upon arrival to the hotel, staff and service were great. Check-in was easy and quick and the rooms were amazing. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the city lights at night. I recommend a corner room as that felt spacious. The bathroom was clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. Location was great! Walking distance to shibuya scramble, the shibuya station

Clean and Easy

across the highway from shibuya crossing. Immaculate facilities and the breakfast buffet was one of our favorite meals. there's a 7-11 on the top floor (outside) which was so convenient.

Great hotel just outside shibuya station. My wife and I did have trouble finding the correct exit out of the station. Shibuya station is a mess with too many lines converging into one location. Wish there was proper signage from the hotel to direct guess. The hotel is amazing. The staff was Helpful at every steps in our process. We elected to have the breakfast included. Well worth it, we had the Japanese breakfast three mornings in a row, I tried each of the choices and must say, it was delicious. What makes it great is how attentive the staff were once we entered the restaurant. The room we got was on the 22nd floor, it had an unobstructed view, that included Tokyo tower in the distance. The hotel provided free water every day, saved us the teouble of lugging to the 7-11 to stock up on it. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room every day. Super stealthy, they came in when we were out and done by the time we came back. Kudos to all the hardy workers. In conclusion, thank you for a wonderful experience. We chose the hotel to explore shibuya. Tokyo is rather tricky to navigate, we wanted a direct shot hotel, that made daily excursions easy to plan and implement. We recommend the Cerulean Tokyo Tower Hotel, it’s an island of tranquility in the chaos of shibuya

It was great except for the fact the Hotel puts a hold on your credit card plus $500 and also charges the full cost of stay and the original hold stays in for 7-10 days.

Absolutely love the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was easy to communicate because they had English speaking Agents at the Front Desk. The hotel is walkable to the famous Shibuya Crossing, shopping, dining and night life. The hotel has amazing restaurants and spa. I even had an Acupuncture treatment while there. Would definitely book again.
