Good location, easily accessible via the limousine airport bus as it stops right outside. My room was very compact but had everything I needed. Breakfast was ok. All staff were lovely. We like to have a wee night cap on returning to the hotel in the evening, but the bar was closed the first night of our stay then closed at 10pm the following nights so we went elsewhere. Quite expensive for what you get.

This hotel is so central to the train station and shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. The room is a little small but most places are small in Japan.

Great location for accessing Tokyo, twin beds were large enough for toddler/mother to sleep comfortably, bigger room was a bonus. Robots deliver towels and staff very attentive to requests. Highly recommended location.
