This was just an overnight stay for an early morning flight out. The hotel is part of a big complex of shops, restaurants with easy walking access to the airport and train links. The room was a standard size, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The hotel does have a good drop-off area and also a car park (need to pay). We used one of the 3rd party restaurants and didn't book breakfast so I can't comment on the hotel facilities. There was an issue when checking in - whilst I was parking the car, my wife was checked in under somebody else's name/booking but it was rectified when I arrived.

Loved that this hotel was in the airport it was so convenient! The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was done through a kiosk which was a breeze.

Quiet and convenient

Quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear planes or outside traffic at all. Convenient to airport. Shopping and restaurants are available at the attached mall. Hdmi was available for streaming in our room. Internet was good.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. I would highly recommend this hotel since it is in the hub of transportation for Tokyo. Easy to get to the stations from here and easy to fly out of.
