Room was small but cheerful and stylish. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is fantastic — a bit further out but tons of cute shops and cafes and bustling with activity. Loved our stay.

This is the first time that we stayed at this hotel. We usually stay at the tokyu REI hotel in front of the kichijoji station. This hotel has more space in room, lobby and restaurant and comfortable. However it is a little walk from thr kichijoji station. We like both tokyu hotels. They are professional

Clean Rooms, Super Friendly Staff, House Keeping was fantastic 3 Options (Do not Disturb, Trash & Towels Only, or Complete Clean) Exercise Room equipment was clean, functional & available for use. Three secure elevators that require a room key & will only let you off on the floor for that key.
