Could be better

It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time. But i think there should be some flexibility so far time for check in is concerned because quite a good number of customers travel from a long distance (like us, we traveled from uk and we were travelling for 48 hours) and they may reach early at the hotel. The hotel should not charge if customers reach a little early and if room is vacant then they should accommodate. It is a simple curtsy which really help people and they will appreciate. We found the people at the reception were not that friendly (particularly one lady who was quite harsh). They should know how to greet and they should have smiles on their face so that customers should feel very homely and will enjoy the stay from the beginning.

Booked this hotel with little research and was pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and perfect for us. It was quick 5 minute walk across the main road to Tsukiji Market and close to a metro station to go to bigger shopping areas in Ginza. There was a waygu place on one of the streets nearby, run by one super kind man, that had a fantastic A5 waygu cheeseburger and what looked like some amazing waygu and crab. There was also a washer/dryer combo in our room and plenty of space to open your bags with them still out of the way - something you come to appreciate in Japan!

Great hotel in the Ginza area, walkable to metro stations, bus stops, while being in a quiet area. Rooms area bit of a right squeeze and you have to pickup your own tea coffee etc from the lobby. Breakfast is great.

Ok, but definitely not a 4-star hotel with tiny rooms and very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Its location very close to Tsukiji market is convenient and the overall the hotel has a good value for money, but definitely would not come back there.

Not a nice welcoming Vibe…

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean, and I have no complaints about the room—it was well kept and felt good to stay in. However, the service and the way things are run just didn’t give me that “home away from home” feeling. Everything about the process, from check-in to check-out, felt very industrialized, almost like you’re just another number in the system. For example, they charge you even if you check out just one minute late, and combined with the other strict rules they have in place, it creates a bit of an awkward atmosphere. While the property is fine and the comfort is there, the logistics and staff interactions just don’t give off the warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to return.
