Excellent hotel room, the premier grand was definitely worth the extra £. The room was spacious, staff was polite and most of them accommodated English speakers very well. The room cleaning service was incredible, felt like we were in a fresh room everyday. Awesome service throughout as well. Highly recommended

The room was very large by Japanese standards, and had every amenity one could need. My only complaint was the pillows were very hard. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the views from the top restaurant were gorgeous. Would happily stay here again!

We returned from Hiroshima to Tokyo for our last night in Japan, and this was a great choice because our initial stay had been in a different location which was residential (Hotel Chinzanso which was also excellent). We left our luggage at 1 pm, went for lunch and to pick up previously ordered items, returned to check in around 6 pm and were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. And the food/drink in the lounge on 45th floor was so good and plentiful we did not need to go out for dinner. Followed by a final drink in the other lounge. Great way to end the Japan trip.
