Great Hotel

It was amazing. The staff were super helpful and communicative. They also helped us fill out forms to ship our luggage to Hakone. They also have same day delivery to the airport if your last day is at this hotel in Japan.

Is not bad location but if you have a big luggage to go to Tokyo Station, call an Uber yourself. Hotel charge additional $400 to help to call a taxi. Make sure you have an app so you can book on your own. Uber costs me $2100 yen for less than 10 mins drive.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Well setup for families with the bunk beds. Great quiet location, close to the train station, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Only a 35 minute train ride to Disneyland. Friendly staff. Laundry room downstairs was convenient and very clean. 400yen for washing, 100yen for dryer.

Mimaru Hatchobori was a great place to stay in Tokyo. The rooms were big and clean and had everything we needed. The laundry facilities were a bonus too. The kids loved the loft beds. I would highly recommend this hotel to any families of 4 or more. The area was clean, safe and there were a large number of food options close by. Also close to train stations.

The property itself was not fancy, but adequate and for Tokyo, the room was spacious. We had bunk beds and two twins so everyone had their own bed, a nice sitting area with a table and kitchenette. Toilet was separate from sink/shower which was nice. Had 5 separate washing machines and 5 dryers so laundry never a problem. Short walk to 2 metro stops. About 15 minutes from Tokyo Station. Only downside was no spacious lobby and in business district so not a lot right around hotel, but on the other hand, it was a quite neighborhood with plenty of convince stores.

Mimaru stood out as the best accommodation during our time in Japan. We stayed in the apartment style room with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, which was perfect for our family. The space was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was generously sized and the deep tub was a dream to soak in after long days exploring Tokyo. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with a stove, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, and stocked cabinets with dishes, cups, and even pots and pans - ideal for anyone wanting to prepare a meal during their stay. The location was equally convenient - less than a short 5-minute walk to two train stations, and directly across the street from 7-Eleven, FamilyMart and Lawson, which made grabbing snacks or quick meals (before and/or after our excursions) incredibly easy. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff, Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and patient, greeting us warmly each time we left or returned. Their kindness and professionalism made navigating Tokyo for the first time much less intimidating. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!
