The air conditioner was easy to use and got the room warmed up quickly, the kitchen has everything you need: apartment sized refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, bottle opener, cutlery, cutting board and kitchen knives! The table is full size to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards together. The beds were medium firmness and we slept comfortably, our favorite part was the bunk beds! What a great configuration! I wish more hotels did this! The toilet is new and very nice and clean; the wet room was a nice size for the room and our kids appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. This hotel is now on our favorites list and we can’t wait to come back!

Great room, quiet, clean and easily accessible via the trains. Good lock up facility for baggage. Four of us stayed there while visiting Tokyo and Tokyo Disney - would definitely go back.

The property was good with all amenities. Staff was nice. Kitchen & bathroom was good. We got replacement towels easily when requested. Beds were comfortable and clean. Very close to train station and restaurants. Only downside is that laundry is shared and common.

This is a very nice and clean property. Check in/out was very easy and needed no interaction with staff. The space was clean and there were a lot of utensils for us to use. The hotel is located very close to the Nishikasai station and there are kombinis close by. We are a family of 4 and would stay here again.

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room, the small kitchen was very nice to have, the on site laundry facility was handy, the check in and out was easy, the room set up was very functional. My kids loved the bunk bed! It was nice to have a fully supplied kitchen so we could buy fruit and cut it up easily. We had such a great time at this facility. We would stay here again if we came back! Highly recommended.
