I stayed at the Moxy Times Square, in New York and had a really good experience there. So when seeing there was a Moxy Hotel in Tokyo Japan, I jumped at the chance to go and stay there. The staff were amazing and helpful! My room was very clean! with the bedding changed frequently. The food, well my complements to the Chef! very well prepared and very tasty. I’m addicted! lol… my experience was incredible! so I’m booking to go back, before the end of this year.

The location is not ideal for family / people with children to room share. The bathroom has a screen which is see through, along with the Moxy Marriott channel is extremely sexual suggestive. The area is dirty around outside the hotel. And there are clubs, night drinkers, and a couple of places that are sexual cabaret very close to the hotel and is along the suggested google walking path to get to the subway. It’s heavily guarded by “bouncers” at night and generally harmless just mind your own business. Overall, great bed, laundry on site, great pillows, everything was great except - not ideal for people with children

Ms. Mamono Tajima greeted me and checked me in upon arrival. I travel all over SE Asia and quite a bit in Japan. In my opinion, Tajima-sans customer service skills are world class. I was completely impressed at the warm welcome she gave me. International travel is not easy. It can be very hard on the body and mind. Tajima-san made sure I was completely comfortable. I would hire her in a heartbeat for any job that involves customer service - especially for western people. You should recognize her for the great employee that she is.

Wonderful establishment in a great location! I went during COVID time, so admittedly the hotel bar itself was empty all weekend, but I get the feeling during normal times it would be a very popular, fun spot! Definitely would stay again when I go back!

Tremendous atmosphere with a fun and unique environment, lighting, furniture and staff. Impressed by the "intercontinental breakfast" which outshines many hotels' offerings with a large selection and generous hours of operation. Relaxed mostly in the lounge but the room was comfortable and stylish as well.
