The hotel is very clean and works perfectly. Staff is very helpful. Its near a subway station and a 24h 7eleven store. Tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment around.

Okay cabin, but very noisy because people come and go all the time to different cabins and some snores. No room for smoking, so need to go down and a bit away to smoke

First time staying at a capsule hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. About a 3 min walk to the shin-Okubo station. Great restaurants around too! My only complaint would be the showers. The showers could have maybe used a bit more cleaning but considering it’s a common place for all the women to use, it wasn’t bad. I would recommend bringing shower shoes. Overall great spot for your moneys worth!
