decent and clean

The staff and facilities are very competent for the price offered. The room is clean and staff are easy to approach.
I had no troubles during my stay and happy to use the hotel as a base.
In terms of convenience, it is a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station and depending on the path you take you may pass through Kabukicho, where you might run into many touts on your way to the hotel.
This is not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of.
Overall am happy with the accommodation and would recommend.

+ Staff were very helpful
+ Good location for nightlife
- Rooms are small, but I guess that's standard in Tokyo
- Water pressure is too weak
- Not sure why, but have to give reception staff my room key card whenever I exited

Great hotel..good service and staff try hard with their limited English. Only thing is you can't have guests over.

A decent stay in a slightly tired but obviously loved property. Very pleasant staff, so helpful even if not able to communicate easily in English.
A place to sleep and not much else.

The location is very strategic close to a very busy street yet quite and close to JR also 7/11 market is just next to the hotel

Beyond excellent service, nice spatious rooms with amenities.
