Stayed here for easy access to disney parks, all the staff were awesome, so friendly and helpful, the daily buffey breaky was great before spending the day at the parks, free shuttle bus and a good/tidy room. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly; the room was spotless and large by Japanese standards; the buses from the hotel to the station are convenient. We liked the fact that the hotel was slightly out of the city and found the trains were well connected into Tokyo station. I can’t really comment anything negative, we would definitely stay again.

The hotel was lovely and was the room. We got an upgrade for our last three nights as the hotel had a large school trip. The staff no one speaks English so communicating is very hard. Breakfast buffet style was passable but the same ever when every day. Food options in the hotel is very poor so you need to go out or call Uber eats. The bus services to the park and station is good and hotel has a small convenience store and a Disney store on it

The hotel had everything we needed. Free shuttles to Disneyland Resort and Disney Sea. We were able to take a bus from the airport to the hotel (3,900¥ for two adults and two kids) and the same bus back to the airport. This was the easiest vacation we have taken in Japan.

I was not aware of the ship/cruise theme. We requested a triple room, we literally got a room with 3 smalls beds. It was like a stateroom at a cruise. Even the bathroom, you had to take a step up to get in it, just like a cruise. Everything was Tokyo small and extremely uncomfortable. But this is coming from a western perspective.

We enjoyed the free breakfast. Our bags were kept while we were in Disneyland even though we were changing to another hotel. Very pleasant staff, on par with the deluxe Disney hotels. Interesting view of Space Mountain under construction. Could see some fireworks if you’re on the park side.

Reasonable price for parking and very budget friendly cruise theme building. No wait for breakfast and although it is located a bit far from monorail, shuttle service is sufficient so that you don't even have to buy monorail tickets

Great property, helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint is that they dont have a direct shuttle to the Disney Sea resort. You have to take a connecting monorail train for a cost, ehich is more tome consuming and kess convenient.

This is a nice hotel—the rooms are very clean, though they have a slightly older feel compared to some of the other Disney area hotels we've stayed at. The hotel offers transportation to Disney's downtown area in Japan. It's a bit of a walk to the tram station if you choose to go on foot. The hotel also has dining options, and they were able to hold our luggage while we were at the park, which is helpful if you need to check in early.
